Product Introduction

OREPEAK 05X series vibrating screen features high vibration intensity. Under the same specifications, it offers greater processing capacity and higher screening efficiency compared to traditional equipment. Especially suitable for heavy, medium, and fine screening operations, widely used for primary crushing, secondary crushing and finished product screening.

Feed size: 0-300mm, Processing capacity: 45-2250 tons/hour, Applicable materials: Granite, marble, basalt, limestone, quartz, river pebbles, copper ore, iron ore, etc.

Working Principle

The O5X vibrating screen is equipment that uses rubber springs as elastic support elements and OV ultra-energy exciters as vibration sources. The eccentric block rotation generates exciting force, causing the screen box to produce circular reciprocal motion. Materials continuously perform approximate circular bouncing and rolling movements on the inclined screen surface. Through repeated comparison with screen openings, materials smaller than the openings pass through the screen, while larger materials remain on the screen surface, thus completing the screening process.
