Product Introduction

vibrationFeederalso known asvibrating feed machine，in production processes to continuously and uniformly feed lump,granular and powdered materials from storage hoppers or funnels to receiving equipment.In crushing production lines, this product can provide continuous and uniform feeding for crushing equipment and perform preliminary screening of materials.

Working Principle

vibrationFeederadopts vibration motor as excitation source to drive equipment vibration，forcing materials to slowly move from the feed end to the discharge end。At the same time, materials are screened to make their particle size more uniform。Feederinstalled on a bracket，equipped with rubber springs，to bearFeedervibration。 Feeding refers to conveying materials according to demand，by changingvibrationmotor's excitation forceFeederfeeder capacity can be adjusted。can be performed using theFeederscreening layer installed at the bottom of the feeder。
