Working Principle

The motor of the jaw crusher drives the belt and pulley. Through the eccentric shaft, the movable jaw moves back and forth and up and down. When the movable jaw pushes the movable jaw plate toward the fixed jaw plate, the material is crushed or split. When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate move backward under the action of the eccentric shaft and spring, the previously crushed or split material is discharged from the lower discharge opening of the jaw plate. As the motor continuously rotates, the crushing machine's movable jaw periodically crushes and discharges material, achieving batch production.
