Product Introduction

PF series impact crusher uses impact energy to crush materials, has large crushing ratio, and the crushed materials are cubic particles. Widely used in building materials, ore crushing, railways, highways, energy, water conservancy, mining, chemical and other industries for medium and fine crushing. The discharge particle size can be adjusted and crushing specifications are diverse.

Feed size: 0-350mm, Production capacity: 50-260 tons/hour, Applicable materials: limestone, feldspar, calcite, talc, barite, dolomite, white clay, kaolin, gypsum, graphite, etc.

Working Principle

PF series product uses impact energy to crush materials. During operation, the rotor rotates at high speed driven by the motor. Materials entering through the feed inlet collide with the plate hammer on the rotor and are crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer. The crushed materials are then thrown back to the lining plate for secondary crushing. Finally, they are discharged from the discharge outlet. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and rotor frame can change the discharge size and material shape.

When non-crushable materials (such as iron blocks) enter the crushing cavity, the equipment can automatically discharge and reset, avoiding equipment overload risks and downtime losses from maintenance.
  3. Mechanical Adjustment Device Design, Easy Discharge Size Adjustment: PF impact crusher is equipped with a mechanical adjustment device at the top. For different needs at different stages, users can adjust the gap between the impact frame and rotor by turning the device bolt to achieve discharge size adjustment.
  4. Using Ratchet Cover Device, Easier Parts Replacement and Maintenance: PF impact crusher is equipped with identical ratchet cover devices on both sides of the frame. This device consists of high-strength left and right rotating trapezoidal screws and ratchet reversing mechanism. When the impact crusher needs to be stopped for parts replacement and maintenance, users can easily and smoothly open and close the rear top cover for maintenance operations.
