Its working principle is based on high-speed rotating hammers that apply impact force to materials, causing them to break. This crusher has a simple structure and convenient operation, can efficiently complete crushing tasks, and is suitable for various industrial applications.

Working Principle

The motor drives the rotor to rotate, and the rotor drives the hammer plates on the rotor to rotate at high speed. When materials enter the crushing cavity, they are crushed by high-speed impact, collision, and shearing of the hammer plates. Finished materials are discharged through the screen bars at the bottom of the machine. Discharge particle size can be adjusted by adjusting the screen bar gap.
