Product Introduction

OREPEAK Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher is a typical crushing equipment for medium and fine crushing of hard materials. Based on the spring cone crusher structure and lamination crushing principle, it has achieved breakthrough optimization of the structure, significantly improving equipment performance and crushing capacity. The matching hydraulic lubrication system ensures more intelligent and reliable operation. Applied in mining, metallurgy, construction, chemical, electric power, transportation and other fields as medium and fine crushing equipment.

Working Principle

During operation, the motor drives the equipment transmission shaft to rotate through belt pulleys and V-belts. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric bushing to rotate around the main shaft through large and small bevel gears. The eccentric bushing drives the dynamic cone to perform pendulum motion, causing the dynamic cone and fixed cone to alternately approach and move away from the bowl-shaped bearing. Materials in the crushing cavity formed by the bowl-shaped bearing and crushing wall are continuously subjected to compression, impact and crushing. Crushed materials are discharged from the bottom. The hydraulic system can adjust the discharge size and clean the crushing cavity. The locking protection oil cylinder mainly serves for overload protection and cleaning the crushing cavity. During normal crushing, it absorbs and buffers the impact from adjustment ring jumping caused by a few hard materials.
