Working Principle
The CS Series high-efficiency spring cone crusher mainly consists of transmission housing, mainframe, eccentric bushing, bowl-shaped bearing pad, dynamic cone, support sleeve and adjusting ring assembly, and feeding device. Its auxiliary parts include electrical system, thin oil lubrication system, and hydraulic cavity cleaning system. During operation, the motor drives the eccentric bushing to rotate through V-belts, large belt wheel, drive shaft, small bevel gear, and large bevel gear. The dynamic cone axis performs pendulum motion under the drive of the eccentric bushing, causing the crushing wall surface to approach and leave the bowl-shaped bearing surface alternately. This causes materials in the annular crushing cavity formed by the fixed cone and dynamic cone to be continuously subjected to impact, compression, and bending for crushing. After multiple compressions, impacts, and bending, materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the bottom.
