Product Introduction

OY series vibrating screen equipment, also known as Y series circular vibration screen, is a domestically leading-level screening equipment introduced international classic screening technology by OrePeak group, widely used in mineral processing operations, building aggregate production, construction waste, solid waste treatment and coal and other industries as an essential material classification equipment.

Working Principle

The OY series vibrating screen mainly consists of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, vibration damping spring device, base frame, etc. The side plates of the screen are made of high-quality steel plates, and the side plates are connected to the beams and vibrator base with high-strength bolts or ring-groove rivets. It uses a tubular eccentric shaft vibrator and adjustable eccentric blocks. The vibrator is installed on the side plate of the screen box and is driven by a motor through a V-belt to cause the eccentric blocks to rotate at high speed, generating large centrifugal inertial force, which excites the screen box to produce circular reciprocal motion with a certain amplitude. Materials on the inclined screen surface receive impulse from the screen box, generating continuous throwing motion. During the process of contacting the screen surface, particles smaller than the screen openings pass through, thus achieving classification.

Variety of screen meshes, meeting various customer material specification requirements: In order to meet the classification requirements after coarse crushing and medium-fine crushing in the crushing process, the Y series vibrating screen is equipped with various screen meshes. Users can meet different production requirements through simple screen mesh replacement operations.
Larger processing capacity, simpler maintenance: OY series vibrating screen adopts small amplitude, high frequency, large dip angle structure, making this machine have high screening efficiency and larger processing capacity. The vibrator uses large clearance bearings, sparse oil lubrication, low noise, long service life; and the parts have strong commonality, easy maintenance.
