Working Principle

Using the conveyor belt as the traction and load-bearing component, this continuous conveying equipment transports materials through the movement of the conveyor belt that carries the materials. The conveyor belt forms an endless loop around the drive pulley and take-up pulley. The upper and lower conveyor belts are supported by idlers to limit the belt's deflection and sag. The tensioning device provides the necessary tension for the normal operation of the conveyor belt. During operation, the drive device drives the drive pulley, and the friction between the drive pulley and the conveyor belt drives the belt to run. Materials are loaded onto the conveyor belt and move together with the belt.
