Bucket elevator is a type of vertical lifting conveyor for lump, granular and powdered materials. According to different traction forms, it is divided into three types: chain, plate chain and belt. Widely used in mining, metallurgy, building materials, chemical and other industries, it is an ideal equipment for vertical conveying of bulk materials.

Product Components

Bucket elevator mainly consists of the following components: housing, traction member (conveyor chain/belt), buckets, driving wheel (head pulley), reversing wheel (tail pulley), tensioning device, guide device, feeding port and discharging port. All components work together to achieve vertical lifting and conveying of materials.
