Product Introduction

Ultrafine grinding mill (also called calcite micro powder mill, limestone micro powder mill, calcium carbonate micro powder mill, talc micro powder mill, barite micro powder mill, gypsum micro powder mill, marble micro powder mill, feldspar micro powder mill, fluorite micro powder mill) is mainly suitable for ultrafine grinding processing of medium and low hardness, Mohs hardness ≤6, non-flammable and non-explosive brittle materials, such as calcite, chalk, limestone, carbon black, kaolin, bentonite, talc, mica, magnesite, illite, pyrophyllite, vermiculite, sepiolite, attapulgite, rectorite, diatomite, celestite, barite, graphite, fluorite, phosphate ore, potassium ore, pumice and other more than 100 kinds of materials. Fine powder finished product size can be adjusted between 325-3000 mesh, with production capacity of 0.4-4.5 tons per hour.

Application areas: Calcium carbonate crushing and processing, gypsum powder processing, power plant desulfurization, non-metallic mineral powder making, coal powder preparation, etc.

Working Principle

Ultrafine grinding mill production line typically includes: hammer crusher, bucket elevator, storage bin, vibrating feeder, micro powder mill host, frequency conversion classifier, double cyclone powder collector, pulse dust removal system, high pressure fan, air compressor, electrical control system, etc. Large pieces of material are crushed by hammer crusher to feed size suitable for ultrafine grinding mill (about 1cm), then the grinding mill analyzer speed is adjusted to achieve the fineness required for production. After manual bagging, or automatic micro powder packaging machine can be configured as needed, with different models of grinding mill available.
