Working Principle

The OI5X Impact Crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to crush materials. When materials enter the plate hammer action zone, they are crushed by the high-speed impact of the plate hammer and thrown to the impact device installed above the rotor for secondary crushing, and then bounced back to the plate hammer action zone for re-crushing. This process repeats until materials are crushed to the required size and discharged from the bottom of the machine. Adjusting the gap between the impact frame and the rotor frame can change the material particle size and shape. The machine uses a spring safety device behind the impact plate. When non-crushable objects enter the crushing cavity, the front and rear impact frame retreat, allowing the non-crushable objects to be discharged from the machine.
