During operation of HST Series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher, the motor drives the equipment transmission shaft to rotate through belt pulleys and V-belts. The transmission shaft drives the eccentric bushing to rotate through large and small bevel gears. The dynamic cone performs pendulum motion under the action of the eccentric bushing through the main shaft, causing the dynamic cone and fixed cone to alternately approach and move away from the bowl-shaped bearing. Materials in the crushing cavity between the bowl-shaped bearing and crusher are continuously subjected to compression, impact and crushing. Crushed materials are discharged from the bottom.
